As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the fleet operations and ensuring the smooth running of logistics services.

So what does the role look like?

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the fleet vehicles, including maintenance schedules, inspections, and service histories.
Coordinate and schedule vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime for the fleet.
Assist in managing fleet compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Support the procurement process by assisting with vehicle purchasing and leasing negotiations.
Communicate effectively with drivers, maintenance teams, and suppliers to resolve issues swiftly.
Manage and update the fleet management software, ensuring all data is accurate and readily available.
Provide general administrative support, including preparing reports and responding to inquiries.

So do you have what it takes?

Proven experience in fleet administration or a similar role within the logistics industry (2+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of fleet management principles and practices.
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
A proactive and flexible approach to working hours; the standard is Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5.30pm with some flexibility available.
