As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing a dedicated team of Picker Packers, ensuring that they are motivated, efficient, and aligned with the company’s goals.

So what does the role look like?

Lead, motivate and manage a team of Picker Packers, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure optimal productivity.
Act as the first point of contact for the team, addressing any issues or queries that arise throughout the day.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to maintain efficiency.
Implement best practices in warehouse operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate important information and gather feedback.
Assist in training new team members and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
Prepare reports on team performance and suggest areas for improvement.

So do you have what it takes?

Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and stock management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships effectively.
Ability to lead a team, motivate others and maintain a positive working atmosphere.
IT literacy, including proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office applications.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential day shifts, early or evening shifts.
