Job Role: Reload Planner

So what does the role look like?

Collaborate closely with drivers, customers, and other teams to plan and coordinate reloads effectively.
Monitor load planning software to optimise routes and schedules.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of all reload activities for reporting and analysis.
Respond to any issues or changes in plans promptly and efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication with stakeholders.
Continuously analyse operational processes to identify areas for improvement.

So do you have what it takes?

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics or haulage planning, preferably in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of haulage operations and industry standards.
Proficiency in relevant planning and routing software.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve operational performance.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
