Your daily tasks will involve supporting the shipping team with administrative duties, documentation, and coordination of shipments.
So what does the role look like?
Assist in the management of shipping documentation and records
Coordinate with suppliers and shipping partners to facilitate timely shipments
Monitor shipment schedules and provide updates to clients
Support customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with regulations
Maintain accurate data entry in the shipping management system
Handle customer inquiries effectively and professionally
Assist with other clerical tasks as assigned by the shipping team
So do you have what it takes?
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a shipping, logistics, or clerical role
Familiarity with shipping processes and documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
Exceptional attention to detail and high-level accuracy in work
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
