So what does the role look like?

” Overseeing day-to-day operations within a bustling depot environment.
” Driving sales initiatives to maximise revenue and promote the company’s services.
” Leading, recruiting, training, and managing depot staff while ensuring a safe workplace.
” Coordinating effective vehicle management and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
” Managing the workshop activities to deliver high-quality maintenance services.

” Proven experience managing a depot, preferably within the commercial vehicle rental sector.
” A strong background in sales and operations, with a focus on achieving targets.
” Self-starter with exceptional motivation and an ability to work independently.
” Excellent communication skills to facilitate team collaboration and customer interactions.
” Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Here’s the package breakdown for you…

” A full-time position from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.
” Working every third Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM.
” Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £38,000, depending on experience.
” Commission structure to reward your sales success.
