So what does the role look like?

– Safe operation of tipper trucks to transport materials to and from various locations

– Performing daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance to ensure operational safety and compliance
– Coordination with dispatch team to execute timely pick-ups and drop-offs
Adhering to all traffic and construction site regulations and safety standards

– Maintaining accurate logs and documentation for each job
Assisting in loading and unloading materials as required

– Proactively communicating with the team to ensure efficient service delivery

So do you have what it takes?

To succeed in this role, the following are essential:

Proven experience as a Tipper Driver within the construction or industrial sector
Valid HGV licence and CPC qualification

Good knowledge of construction site protocols and vehicular operation
IT skills sufficient for use of digital logging and communication tools

Excellent navigation skills and knowledge of local routes

Basic mechanical skills to manage vehicle maintenance checks

Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and clients
