Sales Executive
Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as a main client contact manage their expectations and ensure relationships flourish
Work alongside the sales Director to implement sales strategies and improve existing processes
Generate new business leads and improve on existing customer spend
Meet sales SLA’s and KPI’s as set by the Sales Director
Provide quarterly business updates
Experience required:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar customer facing role, a strong understanding of Microsoft office especially Excel, in depth understanding of shipping and logistics. Be a strong team player, results driven, able to work to tight deadlines, and handle pressure.
