Job Description

We are recruiting an Export Coordinator; this role is within is a well-established firm founded in 1999. They are a freight forwarding division of a global shipping company who provide all kinds of services including domestic, continental, and international logistics.

You will join a busy office-based team in Felixstowe who are servicing a wide range of clients, this company have family visions and a family ethos and will welcome you into the team.

A normal day in this role will cover:

Export bookings of FCL, LCL and Air freight cargo.
Liaising with carriers, shippers, and suppliers
Managing the flow of documentation and Bill of lading instructions
Prompt and accurate data entry

We are looking for someone who has experience in customer service, excellent written and communication skills, if you’ve worked in exports before that is advantageous but not essential. You must however have an excellent and methodical approach to data entry and be skilled with excel.

This role is Monday to Friday, it’s based in the office and the hours are 0900 – 1730hrs.
