Warehouse Operative – Late Shift

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
Hours: Late shift (exact hours TBC)

The Opportunity

You will take an active role on the late shift, handling picking, loading, and safe equipment operation across an established warehouse. This permanent position suits a skilled operative with valid VNA and FLT licences looking for competitive pay and stable evening hours in Ipswich.

What you'll be doing

• Operate Forklift (FLT) and Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) trucks safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, load, and unload goods in line with operational requirements.
• Perform routine pre-use checks on all machinery and promptly report any defects.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and warehouse cleanliness at all times.
• Support core warehouse tasks and provide operational cover when required.

What we're looking for

• Valid Forklift (FLT) licence.
• Valid Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) licence.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Solid background in manual handling, picking, and packing.
• PPT licence and full UK driving licence are advantageous.
