The Opportunity

This role suits a motivated team player looking for stable, full-time warehouse work in Felixstowe. You will play an active role in daily order fulfilment while developing practical supply chain skills in a modern facility. Full training and ongoing support are provided from day one.

What you'll be doing

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately against picking lists ready for dispatch.
• Check inventory levels and report any stock discrepancies promptly to supervisors.
• Apply accurate shipping labels and prepare outgoing consignments for collection.
• Assist with incoming goods, stock replenishment, and general goods out processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy working environment across the warehouse floor.

What we're looking for

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow operational instructions.
• Physical capability to carry out regular manual handling duties.
• Reliable, punctual approach and effective team communication.
• Target-driven work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not essential.

The Package

• £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
