Picker Packer

Are you organised, reliable, and ready to be part of a fast-paced logistics team? Do you take pride in accuracy and efficiency? We’re looking for a proactive Picker Packer to join a leading warehousing and logistics operation in Felixstowe!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Accurately picking and packing orders for dispatch
• Checking stock levels and reporting discrepancies
• Preparing goods for shipment and ensuring correct labelling
• Assisting with goods in/goods out and stock replenishment
• Maintaining a tidy, safe, and organised warehouse environment
• Working closely with warehouse and transport teams to meet deadlines

About You

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred, not essential)
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work to targets
• Positive, can-do attitude
