π Weβre looking for a proactive Transport Administrator to join a dynamic logistics team in Felixstowe!
What Youβll Be Doing:
π Coordinating daily transport schedules and supporting route planning
π Liaising with drivers, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth transport operations
π Managing transport documentation, inputting data, and maintaining records
π Monitoring driver hours, compliance, and vehicle maintenance schedules
π Handling queries, solving problems, and keeping everyone in the loop
ποΈ Supporting the wider logistics team with general admin duties
About You:
π’ Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or admin role (preferred)
π¬ Excellent communication and organisational skills
π» Confident using Microsoft Office and transport management systems
π§ Detail-focused, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
π€ Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
