What Youβll Be Doing:
π Coordinating vehicle schedules, maintenance, and compliance for a busy HGV fleet
π€ Liaising with drivers, workshop teams, and suppliers to keep everything running smoothly
ποΈ Maintaining accurate records for servicing, MOTs, insurance, and inspections
π Monitoring fleet performance, utilisation, and downtime
π Supporting the ops team with admin, data entry, and compliance checks
π Assisting with driver onboarding, training records, and licence checks
What Weβre Looking For:
π’ Experience in admin or transport office (HGV background a big plus!)
π Knowledge of transport compliance and logistics regulations
π¨οΈ Excellent organisational and communication skills
π» Confident using TMS and Microsoft Office
β³ Able to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure
π Detail-oriented and solution-focused
Bonus Points For:
π Knowledge of HGV Class 1 operations and regulations
