What Youβll Be Doing:
π· Processing weekly and monthly payroll for temporary and permanent staff
π Managing timesheets, expenses, and payroll-related queries
π Supporting finance functions including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation's
ποΈ Maintaining accurate employee and financial records
π Liaising with staff, clients, and external payroll providers to resolve queries
β Ensuring compliance with HMRC, pension, and statutory requirements
π Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes

About You:
π Previous experience in payroll and/or finance administration (essential)
π Strong understanding of payroll legislation and best practice
π¬ Excellent organisational and communication skills
π₯οΈ Confident with payroll and finance systems (Sage, Xero, or similar) and MS Office
π Detail-focused, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
π€ Team player with a solutions-focused, can-do attitude
