What You’ll Be Doing:
 
πŸ’· Processing weekly and monthly payroll for temporary and permanent staff
πŸ“‘ Managing timesheets, expenses, and payroll-related queries
πŸ“Š Supporting finance functions including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation's
πŸ—‚οΈ Maintaining accurate employee and financial records
πŸ“ž Liaising with staff, clients, and external payroll providers to resolve queries
βœ… Ensuring compliance with HMRC, pension, and statutory requirements
πŸ”„ Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes
 
About You:
 
🌟 Previous experience in payroll and/or finance administration (essential)
πŸ“ Strong understanding of payroll legislation and best practice
πŸ’¬ Excellent organisational and communication skills
πŸ–₯️ Confident with payroll and finance systems (Sage, Xero, or similar) and MS Office
πŸ” Detail-focused, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
πŸ€— Team player with a solutions-focused, can-do attitude
 
Desirable:
