We’re on the lookout for a Commercial Assistant to bring energy, organisation, and fresh ideas to our commercial department! If you thrive in a buzzing environment and love variety in your work, this could be the perfect fit for you. 🙌

 

What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Sourcing & processing supplier costs for all freight forwarding activities (with a focus on remote sector ops!)
🔹 Updating CRM systems (including CW1) to keep customer opportunities & sales pipelines on track
🔹 Getting creative with marketing & PR – help design, produce, and maintain our social media and website content
🔹 Providing commercial support: rate quotations, VIP client tariff sheets, telesales and more!
🔹 Researching the market & competitors, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers 🤝

 

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in logistics or freight forwarding
✅ Previous commercial or sales department experience
✅ Super organised & great at time management
✅ Microsoft Office whiz 💻
✅ Top-notch communication skills
✅ Team player, but also happy to work independently
✨ Full training provided!
