๐ Commercial Assistant – Logistics & Freight Forwarding ๐

We’re on the lookout for a Commercial Assistant to bring energy, organisation, and fresh ideas to our commercial department! If you thrive in a buzzing environment and love variety in your work, this could be the perfect fit for you. ๐
What You’ll Be Doing:
๐น Sourcing & processing supplier costs for all freight forwarding activities (with a focus on remote sector ops!)
๐น Updating CRM systems (including CW1) to keep customer opportunities & sales pipelines on track
๐น Getting creative with marketing & PR – help design, produce, and maintain our social media and website content
๐น Providing commercial support: rate quotations, VIP client tariff sheets, telesales and more!
๐น Researching the market & competitors, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers ๐ค

What We’re Looking For:
โ Experience in logistics or freight forwarding
โ Previous commercial or sales department experience
โ Super organised & great at time management
โ Microsoft Office whiz ๐ป
โ Top-notch communication skills
โ Team player, but also happy to work independently
