π Commercial Assistant – Logistics & Freight Forwarding π

We’re on the lookout for a Commercial Assistant to bring energy, organisation, and fresh ideas to our commercial department! If you thrive in a buzzing environment and love variety in your work, this could be the perfect fit for you. π
What You’ll Be Doing:
πΉ Sourcing & processing supplier costs for all freight forwarding activities (with a focus on remote sector ops!)
πΉ Updating CRM systems (including CW1) to keep customer opportunities & sales pipelines on track
πΉ Getting creative with marketing & PR – help design, produce, and maintain our social media and website content
πΉ Providing commercial support: rate quotations, VIP client tariff sheets, telesales and more!
πΉ Researching the market & competitors, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers π€

What We’re Looking For:
β Experience in logistics or freight forwarding
β Previous commercial or sales department experience
β Super organised & great at time management
β Microsoft Office whiz π»
β Top-notch communication skills
β Team player, but also happy to work independently
