Business Development Executive β Freight Forwarding π’π

What Youβll Be Doing:
π Identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector
π€ Building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients
π Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
π Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve ambitious sales targets
π Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth areas
π₯ Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
π Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, leads, and pipeline progress

About You:
π Proven experience in business development or sales within freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping (essential)
π¬ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
πΊοΈ Strong knowledge of import/export processes and international logistics
π₯οΈ Confident using CRM systems and MS Office
π Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
π€ Solutions-focused, resilient, and always looking for new opportunities
π¬ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
πΊοΈ Strong knowledge of import/export processes and international logistics
