Warehouse Administrator

Location: Ipswich
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating day shifts (07:00-15:30, 08:00-16:30, 09:00-17:30)

The Opportunity

What you'll be doing

• Process customer orders accurately and manage shipping documentation.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight movements to ensure timely dispatches.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock control records on the warehouse management system.
• Liaise directly with drivers, warehouse colleagues, and customers to handle operational queries.
• Produce daily tracking reports using Microsoft Office and internal software.

What we're looking for

• Proven administrative experience with strong attention to detail.
• Confident verbal and written communication skills across phone and email.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday on rotating day shift patterns.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or transport office is advantageous.

The Package

• £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
