What you'll be doing

• Coordinate daily transport operations to ensure deliveries arrive on schedule.
• Plan and route vehicles to maximise fleet efficiency and minimise operational costs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for drivers, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor transport movements in real time and resolve route or timing issues.
• Ensure full compliance with transport legislation and health and safety standards.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated operational experience within road haulage or logistics.
• Strong background in vehicle routing and schedule planning.
• Hands-on experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Solid understanding of transport compliance and legal standards.
• Confident communication skills when dealing with drivers and clients.
