Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

The Opportunity

Join a fast-paced transport office coordinating daily fleet movements and container logistics. This role suits an organised administrator who thrives in a busy operational environment and enjoys direct contact with drivers and clients. You will play a central part in route planning, compliance, and day-to-day customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate daily transport schedules and support vehicle route planning.
• Liaise directly with drivers, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Process transport documentation and update the transport management system.
• Monitor driver working hours, compliance regulations, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Resolve daily transport queries and operational issues efficiently.

What we're looking for

• Administrative experience within a transport, haulage, or logistics environment.
• Working knowledge of driver hours and road transport compliance regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities under operational pressure.
• Clear, professional communication skills across all levels.
