The Opportunity

Join a dedicated logistics training team where you will guide drivers, operators, and corporate clients toward the right qualifications. This office-based role is ideal for a proactive coordinator with an understanding of transport regulations who enjoys managing customer bookings and awarding-body administration.

What you'll be doing

• Guide prospective learners and transport businesses toward suitable compliance, CPC, and licence training courses.
• Coordinate instructor timetables, classroom resources, and candidate bookings via CRM and calendar systems.
• Process registrations, candidate documentation, and course results with relevant industry awarding bodies.
• Prepare course packs and materials to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery for instructors.
• Maintain audit-compliant training registers, issue certification, and follow up upcoming renewal dates.

What we're looking for

• Experience working in transport, logistics, warehousing, or commercial driver training.
• Proven background in office administration, scheduling, or customer service.
• Confidence advising clients over the phone and managing enquiries professionally.
• Strong administrative accuracy with experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of transport compliance such as Driver CPC, ADR, or Transport Manager pathways is an advantage.

The Package

• £29,000 – £32,000 per annum depending on experience
• Permanent full-time position
• Office-based role in Stowmarket
