About the Role…

• As Salesperson, you’ll help drive branch growth by converting enquiries, building relationships, and delivering a consistently high standard of service.
• Manage and grow existing accounts, building strong relationships and repeat business.
• Hit and exceed targets through strong pipeline management and consistent sales activity.
• Negotiate pricing and terms that meet customer needs while protecting margin.
• Represent the business professionally at meetings, site visits, and industry events.

The package

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (1-hour lunch)

What we’re looking for

• Plant + sales experience — strong plant hire knowledge, proven sales background, converts enquiries and upsells.
• Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence negotiating and closing deals.
• Exceptional customer service—relationships and retention matter.
• Excellent communicator — confident with customers in person/phone, builds rapport, follows up and closes.
• Organised and calm in a fast-paced environment.
