The Opportunity

Join an established logistics provider in Felixstowe handling multi-modal movements across export sea freight, European road transport, and customs compliance. You will take ownership of end-to-end shipments while maintaining strong client relationships and resolving day-to-day operational queries. This role suits an experienced forwarder looking for a stable position offering excellent annual leave and flexible working.

What you'll be doing

• Manage end-to-end export sea freight operations and bookings from origin to delivery.
• Coordinate European road freight movements for import and export shipments.
• Complete and submit UK customs declarations in line with current compliance rules.
• Liaise with hauliers and transport partners to arrange collections and deliveries.
• Provide proactive tracking updates and support to clients throughout transit.

What we're looking for

• At least two years of operational freight forwarding experience.
• Practical knowledge of export sea freight and EU road transport.
• Experience processing UK customs declarations.
• Strong customer service and clear communication skills.
• Ability to handle shipping documentation accurately in a busy team environment.
