So what does the role look like?

• Handling a wide range of cargo and processes across Sea Freight, EU Road Imports/Exports, and UK Customs
• Managing Export customer bookings and arranging Export Sea Freight shipments
• Coordinating the collection and delivery of cargo
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Submitting Customs Clearances and managing all documentation
• Overseeing EU Road shipments (Imports & Exports)
• Taking ownership of the process from start to finish—no two days are ever the same!

So do you have what it takes?

• A couple of years’ experience in freight forwarding (essential)
• Strong understanding of Export Sea Freight, EU Road Freight (Imports & Exports), and UK Customs
• Experience handling multiple types of cargo and logistics processes
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
• Confident managing bookings, documentation, and compliance
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment
