Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30 (or 08:30–17:30)

The Opportunity

This role suits an experienced fleet or workshop professional ready to take ownership of defect triage, tyre lifecycles, and repair authorisations. Working independently in Norwich, you will play a crucial part in minimising vehicle off-road time and keeping operations running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

• Triage reported vehicle defects and authorise repairs within agreed commercial limits.
• Coordinate with workshops, mobile technicians, and tyre suppliers to minimise vehicle off-road time.
• Manage the complete tyre lifecycle from routine inspections to replacements and casing returns.
• Schedule and track PMIs, MOT preparation, and all fleet compliance records.
• Scrutinise repair quotes, negotiate supplier costs, and process warranty claims.
• Maintain clear communication and status updates with drivers and operational teams.

What we're looking for

• Background in maintenance control, workshop control, service advising, or fleet administration.
• Sound mechanical knowledge of commercial vehicle systems and tyre management.
• Proven cost negotiation and supplier management abilities.
• Proficiency with fleet management software and telematics systems.
• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

The Package

• £30,000 per annum
• 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Full-time, permanent contract
