J40 Jaw Crusher Operator

We’re looking for a hands-on J40 Jaw Crusher Operator to keep production moving, downtime low, and standards high. 🚀

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor the McCloskey J40 jaw crusher
• Manage material feed via the hydraulic direct drive grizzly feeder
• Set up/use the hydraulic folding hopper
• Run and monitor the 90-control panel/diagnostics 0mm (36”) main conveyor
• Use the (telematics option)
• Complete daily checks + basic maintenance reporting
• Work safely, tidy, and compliant always

About You

• Experience on mobile crushing kit (jaw crusher ideal)
• Strong safety mindset + good site awareness
• Reliable, proactive, and confident working solo
• Comfortable with inspections and basic fault spotting
