The Opportunity

Join a dedicated container haulage and warehousing team managing key import flows. You will take full ownership of the process from client notification and customs clearance through to warehouse receipt and onward delivery. It is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced coordinator looking for a busy, hands-on role at the heart of UK freight.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all aspects of import coordination from client notification through to final delivery.
• Process customs clearance documentation accurately to maintain complete regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with warehouse personnel to coordinate incoming container intake and stock movement.
• Organise onward transport and haulage to ensure delivery schedules are consistently met.
• Provide clear operational updates to clients, hauliers, and internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Previous hands-on experience in an import coordination role.
• Demonstrated experience with UK customs clearance procedures.
• Background in warehouse import intake and onward delivery management.
• Strong organisational ability with high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication skills across all channels.
