The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an experienced HR administrator with a solid grasp of health and safety regulations who wants a varied, impactful role. You will join a well-regarded Felixstowe transport and warehousing team, serving as a trusted point of contact for staff across the business. What you'll be doing

• Provide comprehensive day-to-day HR administration and maintain up-to-date personnel records.
• Manage company insurance policies to ensure timely renewals and continuous compliance.
• Maintain and update health and safety procedures in line with current UK legislation.
• Support site audits, workplace safety inspections, and onboarding sessions for new starters.
• Act as the primary point of contact for staff queries on HR and health and safety matters.

What we're looking for

• At least two years of experience in an HR administration role.
• Working knowledge of UK health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management software.
• Proven track record of managing confidential and sensitive data discreetly.
• Prior administrative experience in logistics, transport, or warehousing is beneficial.
