So what does the role look like?

• Providing comprehensive HR administration support, including managing personnel files and employee records
• Overseeing company insurance policies, ensuring compliance and timely renewals
• Maintaining and updating health & safety policies and procedures to align with current legislation
• Facilitating training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of safety and compliance
• Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR and health & safety matters
• Supporting audits and inspections related to health & safety practices
• Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they’re informed on company policies and procedures

Do you have what it takes?

• Proven experience in HR administration, ideally within logistics or haulage
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise at all levels
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
