Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Hours: Night shifts, Full-Time

The Opportunity

This role suits an experienced Class 1 driver looking for stable, permanent night work across regional and national networks. You will operate a modern fleet, handling scheduled runs while upholding top standards of road safety and compliance.

What you'll be doing

• Drive HGV Class 1 vehicles safely on scheduled night routes across local and national networks.
• Carry out comprehensive daily vehicle defect checks and record accurate digital logs.
• Ensure all loads are properly strapped, secured, and safely transported.
• Liaise effectively with the transport planning team throughout your shift.
• Maintain full compliance with EU drivers' hours and working time regulations.

What we're looking for

• Valid UK HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.
• Current Driver Qualification Card (CPC) and Digital Tachograph card.
• Proven Class 1 driving experience, ideally on night operations.
• Experience in container haulage or port operations is beneficial.
• Dependable, professional, and safety-conscious approach to work.
