Manage end-to-end multimodal shipments within an established logistics team in Felixstowe.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours

Join an established logistics team in Felixstowe coordinating global shipments from booking through to delivery. This role suits an experienced forwarder ready to handle diverse ocean and road movements while delivering top-tier customer service. You will take ownership of daily operations in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate multimodal import and export shipments from booking through to delivery.
• Liaise with shipping lines, hauliers, and clients to ensure timely transit.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, customs entries, and compliance paperwork.
• Track consignments and resolve transit delays proactively.
• Maintain accurate shipment files and freight management systems.

What we're looking for

• Proven track record within freight forwarding or general logistics.
• Solid working knowledge of import and export procedures and customs regulations.
• Proficiency with industry freight management systems and shipping documentation.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Practical experience handling ocean and road freight movements.
