What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating import/export shipments from booking to delivery
• Working with shipping lines, hauliers, and customers to keep cargo moving
• Preparing and processing shipping docs, customs entries, and compliance paperwork
• Tracking shipments, resolving delays, and keeping clients updated
• Maintaining accurate files and records for all shipments
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver top-notch client service

About You

• Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics is essential
• Strong knowledge of import/export processes and customs rules
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident with shipping docs and freight management systems
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle pressure
• Team player with a can-do, solutions-focused attitude

Desirable

• Experience with both sea and road freight
• Customs clearance know-how
