Coordinate key account export shipments across ocean and air within a busy Felixstowe logistics team.

The Opportunity

Join a dedicated operational team managing critical key accounts in Felixstowe. You will take ownership of day-to-day export movements across ocean and airfreight, working directly with shippers and carriers. This role is ideal for a forwarder looking to sharpen their account management skills in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and book FCL, LCL, and airfreight consignments with carriers.
• Liaise with shippers and suppliers to oversee end-to-end cargo movement.
• Maintain accurate shipment milestones across internal and client digital systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues with carriers and customers.
• Manage operational reporting and data tracking using Microsoft Excel.

What we're looking for

• Experience handling export operations (FCL, LCL, or airfreight) in freight forwarding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data entry accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to operational detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy office environment.
