About the Role

As an Export Operations Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for booking FCL, LCL, and airfreight consignments with a variety of carriers on behalf of multiple shippers. You’ll coordinate closely with shippers to ensure a seamless export process, while maintaining accurate and timely data entry within both client-specific and internal digital systems. Strong attention to detail and solid Microsoft Excel skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange export bookings for FCL, LCL, and airfreight consignments with various carriers 🚢✈️
• Coordinate with shippers to ensure smooth movement of goods 📞
• Enter shipment data promptly and accurately into bespoke client systems and internal platforms 🖥️
• Maintain close communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure high service standards 🤝
• Utilise Microsoft Excel for data processing, reporting, and record-keeping 📊

About You

• Experience in export operations (FCL, LCL, and/or airfreight) within shipping or logistics is essential 🌍
• Strong data entry, processing, and Microsoft Excel skills required 💻
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks 👀
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Able to work effectively with clients, carriers, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment
