What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing complex import/export shipments from start to finish
• Building strong relationships with shipping lines, hauliers, and key clients
• Overseeing and preparing detailed shipping documentation, customs entries, and compliance paperwork
• Proactively tracking shipments, resolving issues, and keeping clients fully informed
• Analysing shipment data and providing solutions for continuous improvement
• Mentoring junior team members and sharing your freight forwarding know-how

About You

• Proven experience in freight forwarding or international logistics (sea, road, or air)
• Deep understanding of customs regulations and international trade requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
• Skilled in using freight management systems and documentation platforms
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others

Desirable

• Experience handling multimodal shipments (sea, road, air)
