Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for an experienced Customs Clearance Clerk to manage import and export documentation. You will work on site, ensuring cargo moves efficiently and compliantly across international borders. It is an ideal role if you want a stable position where your clearance expertise is rewarded.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and process customs clearance documentation for freight forwarding shipments.
• Complete customs declarations accurately and in line with current regulations.
• Liaise with operational teams to ensure smooth cargo movements.
• Resolve customs queries and documentation issues promptly.

What we're looking for

• Proven customs clearance experience within freight forwarding.
• Strong working knowledge of freight forwarding operations.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills for handling customs documentation.

The Package

• £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
• Performance bonuses
