Lead daily container movements and fleet operations for a busy logistics team in Felixstowe.

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00

The Opportunity

This senior role suits an experienced transport operator ready to take ownership of high-volume container movements. You will coordinate routing, driver management, and port liaison in a fast-paced environment. It offers strong long-term stability and an immediate start.

What you'll be doing

• Plan routes, schedules, and container loads for maximum operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary contact for drivers, port operators, and customers.
• Track container movements closely and resolve transport disruptions quickly.
• Maintain strict adherence to UK container transport regulations and safety standards.
• Keep transport management systems and operational records accurate and up to date.

The Package
