European Operations Coordinator

Coordinate European road freight movements within an established logistics team based in Felixstowe.

Location: Felixstowe
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time (in-office)

The Opportunity

Join an active road freight department managing key transport flows across the continent. This role is ideal for an experienced coordinator looking to handle end-to-end European road operations in a focused office setting. You will work closely with colleagues and hauliers to deliver dependable logistics services every day.

What you'll be doing

• Manage daily European road freight bookings from initial instruction through to delivery.
• Issue and process accurate transport documentation and customs paperwork.
• Communicate with hauliers, international partners, and customers to coordinate collections and deliveries.
• Monitor shipment milestones and resolve transit exceptions efficiently.
• Maintain precise operational files and update internal tracking systems.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated background in European road freight operations.
• Sound understanding of freight forwarding processes and transport documentation.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to work full-time on-site in Felixstowe.
