So what does the role look like?

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy depot, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functions
• Driving sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets, while building strong relationships with customers
• Managing and motivating a team, including recruitment, training, and ensuring health & safety compliance
• Overseeing fleet management, including maintenance and workshop operations
• Implementing best practices to enhance service delivery and operational performance

So do you have what it takes?

• Significant experience in commercial vehicle rentals, with a proven background in sales and operations
• A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a motivated mindset
• Exceptional customer service skills—customer satisfaction is at the core of what you do
• Excellent communication skills, able to liaise at all levels of the business
• Experience in staff management, training, and a solid understanding of health & safety regulations
• IT literate, with proficiency in industry-relevant software and tools

Here’s the package breakdown for you...

• Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm (with a one-hour lunch break)
• Every third Saturday, 8am–12pm
