What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling inbound calls and emails, delivering top-notch service every time
• Processing bookings, updating shipment statuses, and resolving queries quickly
• Working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep cargo moving smoothly
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Supporting customers from booking all the way to delivery
• Spotting and escalating any service issues to the right team

About You

• Previous experience in customer service or admin (bonus if it’s in logistics, transport, or shipping!)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and a positive, problem-solving attitude
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems
• Team player with a can-do approach

Desirable

• Some shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics experience is a big plus!
