What you'll be doing

• Handle inbound customer telephone calls and emails promptly.
• Process shipment bookings and update transit milestone records.
• Liaise with operational colleagues to keep cargo moving on schedule.
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation and transport logs.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate operational issues where required.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in customer service or office administration.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer literacy and confidence picking up new software.
• Strong attention to detail with a practical problem-solving mindset.
• Prior background in shipping, freight forwarding, or transport is advantageous.

The Package

• £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
• Temporary to permanent contract.
