Location: Stowmarket, Suffolk

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30 (some out-of-hours work required)

You’ll play a vital role in planning and coordinating import and export container movements across the UK, working in a supportive, professional team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and manage import container deliveries and export collections, including subcontractor coordination
• Input and manage bookings using TOPS transport software
• Communicate effectively with drivers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Handle phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all data entry is up to date
• Support general operations and account management as required

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years’ experience in container transport operations
• Strong UK geographical knowledge
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organised and able to work under pressure
• Experience with TOPS transport software (preferred but not essential)
