Transport Administrator – Felixstowe
Location: Felixstowe
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (school hours can be accommodated)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate

What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinate daily transport schedules and assist with route planning
  • Liaise with drivers, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage transport documentation, input data, and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor driver hours, compliance, and vehicle maintenance schedules
  • Handle queries, solve problems, and keep everyone informed
  • Support the wider logistics team with general admin tasks

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in transport, logistics, or administration (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and transport management systems
  • Detail-focused, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a team player
