About the Role:

🎯 Drive new business across freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and fulfilment/warehouse services.

🔎 Build and manage a strong pipeline, converting opportunities into profitable, long-term accounts.

🤝 Work closely with operations, customs, and warehouse teams to ensure solutions are commercially strong and operationally deliverable.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Win new business across freight forwarding, customs clearance and fulfilment warehousing.
🤝 Build strong relationships with importers, exporters, eCommerce brands and manufacturers.
🧠 Create tailored logistics solutions, leading proposals/quotations and negotiations to hit revenue and margin targets.
📊 Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline with forecasting, while monitoring market/competitor activity.

✅ Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Proven B2B sales/business development experience in freight forwarding, customs and/or fulfilment/warehousing.

🚢 Strong understanding of import/export processes, customs clearance and Incoterms.
📦 Confident selling fulfilment services (storage, pick/pack, inventory, returns).
🗣️ Strong communicator and negotiator with excellent relationship-building skills.
💻 Comfortable with CRM systems and MS Office.
