Youโ€™ll need

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ 1+ yearsโ€™ experience in customer service (transport/logistics preferred)
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ Good UK geographical knowledge
๐Ÿ’ป Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
๐Ÿ—‚๏ธHighly organised and able to multitask under pressure
๐Ÿ”Ž Proactive attitude and attention to detail

๐Ÿ—ƒ๏ธWhat Youโ€™ll be doing

๐Ÿ“žRespond to customer and driver enquiries by phone and email
๐Ÿ’ป Input and manage bookings using transport management software
๐Ÿค Liaise with drivers, operations, and clients to resolve issues quickly
๐Ÿšš Track deliveries and collections, providing regular updates
๐Ÿ—ƒ๏ธ Maintain accurate records and ensure data entry is up to date
๐Ÿ“‹ Support account management and general office operations as needed
