Youโll need
๐๏ธ 1+ yearsโ experience in customer service (transport/logistics preferred)
๐ฃ๏ธ Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
๐บ๏ธ Good UK geographical knowledge
๐ป Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
๐๏ธHighly organised and able to multitask under pressure
๐ Proactive attitude and attention to detail
๐๏ธWhat Youโll be doing
๐Respond to customer and driver enquiries by phone and email
๐ป Input and manage bookings using transport management software
๐ค Liaise with drivers, operations, and clients to resolve issues quickly
๐ Track deliveries and collections, providing regular updates
๐๏ธ Maintain accurate records and ensure data entry is up to date
๐ Support account management and general office operations as needed
