What youβll be doing:

Coordinate schedules for a mixed fleet
π Manage compliance
π§ Organise maintenance and repairs
π€ Liaise daily with drivers, workshop, and transport managers
ποΈ Handle fleet administration
π Support driver onboarding
π Monitor fleet performance

What Weβre Looking For:
π’ Experience in a busy transport office or fleet admin role
π Working knowledge of UK/EU transport compliance
π¬ Strong organisation and communication skills
π» Confident with TMS/telematics and MS Office

π Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
Bonus Points For:
π Understanding of HGV Class 1 operations and regulations
