So what does the role look like?

• 📦 Handling a wide range of cargo and processes across Sea Freight, EU Road Imports/Exports, and UK Customs

• 🗂️ Managing Export customer bookings and arranging Export Sea Freight shipments

• 🚚 Coordinating the collection and delivery of cargo

• 🤝 Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

• 📝 Submitting Customs Clearances and managing all documentation

• 🚛 Overseeing EU Road shipments (Imports & Exports)

• 🔄 Taking ownership of the process from start to finish—no two days are ever the same!

So do you have what it takes?

• ✅ A couple of years’ experience in freight forwarding (essential)

• 🌍 Strong understanding of Export Sea Freight, EU Road Freight (Imports & Exports), and UK Customs

• 🏢 Experience handling multiple types of cargo and logistics processes

• 🗣️ Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude

• 📑 Confident managing bookings, documentation, and compliance

• 🤗 Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment
