What you’ll be doing:
- 🗂️ Supporting multiple departments with admin and secretarial tasks
- 📅 Managing diaries and meetings for senior staff
- 📝 Preparing documents, reports, and taking meeting minutes
- 👋 Acting as the friendly face of the office—greeting visitors and handling calls
- 🏢 Ensuring the office is well-stocked and running efficiently
- 🤝 Helping teams communicate and collaborate
- 🎉 Organising meetings, training, and staff events
- ✈️ Arranging travel and accommodation for staff
- 💸 Processing expenses and maintaining records
- 👥 Supporting HR with recruitment, onboarding, and staff records
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Confident using MS Office and office technology
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
