About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll be the go-to person for handling regular enquiries from our extensive network partners. You’ll manage a diverse range of requests, ensuring commercial structures are maintained and supporting the Sales Team’s collaborative growth initiatives. Prompt responses and clear, professional communication are at the heart of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming enquiries from network partners quickly and professionally 📧
- Maintain and update commercial structures for existing traffic and operations 🗂️
- Work closely with the Sales Team to support business development and growth targets 🚀
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners 🤝
- Ensure all communications are clear, accurate, and timely
About You:
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, or a commercial support role—ideally within logistics or shipping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ✍️
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident working collaboratively as part of a team
- Proactive, with a positive attitude and a drive to deliver results
