So what does the role look like?

🗂️ Providing comprehensive HR administration support, including managing personnel files and employee records
📋 Overseeing company insurance policies, ensuring compliance and timely renewals
🦺 Maintaining and updating health & safety policies and procedures to align with current legislation
🎓 Facilitating training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of safety and compliance
💬 Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR and health & safety matters
🔍 Supporting audits and inspections related to health & safety practices
🤝 Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they’re informed on company policies and procedures

Do you have what it takes?

✅ Proven experience in HR administration, ideally within logistics or haulage
🦺 Knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices
📆 Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
💻 Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
🧐 Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
🗣️ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise at all levels
🔒 Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
