So what does the role look like?
- ποΈ Providing comprehensive HR administration support, including managing personnel files and employee records
- π Overseeing company insurance policies, ensuring compliance and timely renewals
- π¦Ί Maintaining and updating health & safety policies and procedures to align with current legislation
- π Facilitating training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of safety and compliance
- π¬ Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR and health & safety matters
- π Supporting audits and inspections related to health & safety practices
- π€ Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring theyβre informed on company policies and procedures
Do you have what it takes?
- β Proven experience in HR administration, ideally within logistics or haulage
- π¦Ί Knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices
- π Minimum 2 yearsβ experience in a similar role
- π» Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- π§ Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- π£οΈ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise at all levels
- π Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
