We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive Freight Forwarder to handle quotations, imports, exports, and customs clearances. The Role:
Experience in freight forwarding, especially with imports/exports and customs
✅ Strong knowledge of sea, air, and road freight operations
✅ Confident preparing quotations and managing shipment costs

✅ Organised, detail-focused, and great at juggling multiple shipments
✅ Excellent communicator and team player
✅ Skilled with freight software & MS Office
✅ Knowledge of Felixstowe port is a big plus

Key Responsibilities:

💡 Preparing accurate, competitive freight quotations for import/export shipments
📦 Coordinating operations for sea, air, and road freight
📝 Managing customs documentation and clearances
🤝 Acting as the main point of contact for clients – keeping them updated and happy
📃 Handling all shipping paperwork (Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
🚚 Liaising with carriers, hauliers, and third-party suppliers

🔍 Troubleshooting delays and resolving operational issues

📈 Staying up to date with the latest Trade and Custom regulations
